Tom Holland, the British actor known for his role as Spider-Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, has recently finishedrenovating a houseworth £3 million.

两年期的四居室se的转换mi-detached property in Richmond, West London, has been revealed in a new photo. It shows how the the home, which was built in the 1800s and bought by the Spiderman star in 2018, has been carefully restored with a new extension added to the side of the property.

Holland, who grew up in nearby Kingston-on-Thames, is rumoured to be planning to use the home as a base for himself and girlfriend Zendaya — with it being reported that she has already moved into the property.

Historic three-storey home with arched windows

The three-storey residence showcases vintage features such as bay windows and an arched porch, alongside sash windows.

The new picture of the home shows how the building has undergone an extensive renovation, with the buff and red brickwork given a deep clean to completely transform the front of the home. A large side extension has also been added where a garage once stood with sash windows that cleverly match the exact style of the existing windows. Subtle changes also appear to have been made to the ridge tiles on the original roof, which were originally more ornate.

The removal of overgrown foliage from the entryway of the home gives the property a tidy finish — with the completed look almost like that of a new build rather than a historic home dating back to the 1800s.

Woodendriveway gatesin a traditional style have also been replaced with contemporary electric gates, adding to the neat feel of the home.

Added sauna, cinema room and "man cave"

Plans for the 26-year-old actor's house renovation show the star has planning permission for a new rear extension with a cinema, sauna, and games room.

Holland also has approval for a larger basement and a timber-clad garden room with views of the landscaped grounds as well as an orangery. In total, six planning applications have been submitted by Holland for the home.

It has been reported that the star is doing everything he can to make his girlfriend feel comfortable in the property, with reports that the young couple were spotted selecting furniture together.

"Tom has invested considerable time and effort in creating his ideal abode, and Zendaya has been visiting him in London. So, we'll have to wait and see," a source told the Daily Mail.
